Jibran Khan is a Systems Integration Engineer at HermesCloud Technology Partners, where he architects enterprise integrations across Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, and Jira. He builds event-driven automation pipelines, designs API mapping protocols, and maintains the backend logic that keeps data consistent across CRM platforms and engineering tools.

Jibran has over five years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and systems engineering. Prior to HermesCloud, he was a DevOps Engineer at Chief Technology Group for four years, where he developed Python automation frameworks, built serverless functions in C# on Azure, and managed infrastructure as code with Terraform and ARM Templates. He has also held contract roles as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer at Stewart Title and a Technical Systems Engineer at ATS Corporation, and worked part-time as an AI Engineer at Outlier AI reviewing AI-generated code for correctness and security.

Jibran holds four professional certifications: AZ-104, AZ-900, CompTIA Network+, and CompTIA AI Security+. He has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Houston and is currently pursuing an MS in Computer Science at Georgia Institute of Technology.
